The maximum detection limits must meet <br /> the lowest reporting limit in the State Water Resources Control Board Policy for Implementation of Toxics Standard for <br /> Inland Surface Waters,Enclosed Bays and Estuaries of California(Appendix 4,minimum levels)or Department of Health <br /> Services detection limits for purposes of reporting(DLRs). A y <br /> *If well is being used as an extraction or injection well,sample according to extraction and injection well monitoring. Illl`�l9 <br /> REPORTING <br /> In reporting monitoring data,the Discharger shall arrange the data in tabular form so that the date, <br /> sample type(e.g., influent, effluent, groundwater, etc.), and reported analytical result for each sample <br /> are readily discernible. The data shall be summarized in such a manner to clearly illustrate compliance <br /> with waste discharge requirements and spatial or temporal trends, as applicable. The results of any <br /> monitoring done more frequently than required at the locations specified in the Monitoring and <br /> Reporting Program shall also be reported to the Regional Board. <br /> As required by the California Business and Professions Code Sections 6735, 7835, and 7835.1, all <br /> Groundwater Monitoring Reports shall be prepared by or under the direct supervision of a Registered <br /> Engineer or Geologist and signed by the registered professional. <br /> A. Monthly Monitoring Reports <br /> The Discharger shall submit to the Regional Board and DTSC monthly operation reports by the 15th day <br /> of the following month. These operational reports shall contain a summary of the results of monitoring, <br /> including effluent and injection well flow rates,volume of treated water,pressure readings, and water <br /> levels, operation and maintenance activities for that month, and a summary of any shutdown and/or spill <br /> events that occur that month. <br /> B. Quarterly Monitoring Reports <br /> Quarterly reports shall be submitted to the Regional Board on the 1st day of the second month <br /> following the end of each calendar quarter(i.e.,by 1 February, 1 May, I August, and 1 <br /> November). At a minimum,the reports shall include: <br /> 1. A summary of operation and maintenance tasks performed, including inspections,problems T <br /> encountered repairs, maintenance, and equipment replacement performed(as applicable); <br /> 2. The reasons for and duration of all interruptions in the operation of the remediation system, and <br /> actions planned or taken to correct and prevent interruptions, if applicable; <br /> 3. Results of influent, effluent, and observation well monitoring. Data shall be presented in tabular <br /> format; <br />
