0 I
MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM NO. 91-220,REVISION 1 -4-
KEARNEY-NATIONAL, INC.
KEARNEY-KPF
SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY
REPORTING
Quarterly reports shall be submitted to the Board by the 30th day of the month following the end of each
calendar quarter until such time that the Executive Officer determines that the reports are no longer
necessary. These reports shall include the following in tabular form: sampling date, water quality
analytical data, and depth to ground water. In addition, the reports shall include ground water contour
maps for each quarter. The quarterly report which includes the annual monitoring event shall also include
contaminant concentration maps. The data shall be presented in such a manner to illustrate clearly the
compliance with waste discharge requirements.
The fourth quarterly report shall contain an annual summary of the data from the previous year which shall
be presented in tabular and graphical form. The report shall discuss the compliance record and the
corrective actions taken or planned which may be needed to bring the discharge into full compliance with
the waste discharge requirements. The report shall contain at a minimum the following information: both
tabular and graphical summaries of the monitoring data obtained during the previous year; ground water
elevation contour maps and contaminant concentration maps; trends in the concentrations of the pollutants
in ground water monitoring wells; whether the contaminant plume is being captured by the extraction
system; and plans as needed for improving the ground water extraction or treatment system.
Based on the data from the previous year, the Discharger shall, in the annual report, identify data gaps and
potential deficiencies/redundancies in the monitoring system or reporting program and propose any
necessary revised ground water sampling plan frequency and analyses with the rationale for the proposed
revisions.
The results of any monitoring done more frequently than required at the locations specified in the
Monitoring and Reporting Program shall be reported to the Board.
The Discharger shall implement the above monitoring program as of the date of this Order.
(.)i[Xt....
