0 I <br /> MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM NO. 91-220,REVISION 1 -4- <br /> KEARNEY-NATIONAL, INC. <br /> KEARNEY-KPF <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> REPORTING <br /> Quarterly reports shall be submitted to the Board by the 30th day of the month following the end of each <br /> calendar quarter until such time that the Executive Officer determines that the reports are no longer <br /> necessary. These reports shall include the following in tabular form: sampling date, water quality <br /> analytical data, and depth to ground water. In addition, the reports shall include ground water contour <br /> maps for each quarter. The quarterly report which includes the annual monitoring event shall also include <br /> contaminant concentration maps. The data shall be presented in such a manner to illustrate clearly the <br /> compliance with waste discharge requirements. <br /> The fourth quarterly report shall contain an annual summary of the data from the previous year which shall <br /> be presented in tabular and graphical form. The report shall discuss the compliance record and the <br /> corrective actions taken or planned which may be needed to bring the discharge into full compliance with <br /> the waste discharge requirements. The report shall contain at a minimum the following information: both <br /> tabular and graphical summaries of the monitoring data obtained during the previous year; ground water <br /> elevation contour maps and contaminant concentration maps; trends in the concentrations of the pollutants <br /> in ground water monitoring wells; whether the contaminant plume is being captured by the extraction <br /> system; and plans as needed for improving the ground water extraction or treatment system. <br /> Based on the data from the previous year, the Discharger shall, in the annual report, identify data gaps and <br /> potential deficiencies/redundancies in the monitoring system or reporting program and propose any <br /> necessary revised ground water sampling plan frequency and analyses with the rationale for the proposed <br /> revisions. <br /> The results of any monitoring done more frequently than required at the locations specified in the <br /> Monitoring and Reporting Program shall be reported to the Board. <br /> The Discharger shall implement the above monitoring program as of the date of this Order. <br /> (.)i�[Xt....
