As I discussed with Mr. Peter Quinlan of Dudek, the Board and the <br /> Department agree with the proposed changes with a few modifications. <br /> The enclosed draft revision to MRP No. 91-220 includes the proposed changes and modifications <br /> discussed with Mr. Quinlan.
