Kearney-KPF 2 13 September 1990 <br /> Modified Closure Plan <br /> determine if the proposed disposal of all site drainage into the basin <br /> - poses a threat to ground water quality. <br /> We have enclosed a memorandum which discusses specific concerns with the <br /> proposals contained in the Modified Closure Plan. Because of our concerns <br /> with the Plan, a technical report must be submitted to the Regional Board by <br /> 15 October 1990.
