I <br /> 1 No. 89-163, Kearney shall continue to comply with all the requirements of MRP No. <br /> 2 89-163 as they existed on September 22, 1989 unless the Department agrees in writing <br /> 3 to accept the modification in place of any existing requirement. No change shall be <br /> 4 made in the compliance schedule set forth in Attachment A without prior written <br /> 5 permission from the Department. <br /> 6 10.
