Precipitation and drainage control systems shall be designed and
constructed to accommodate the anticipated volume of precipitation and
peak flows from surface runoff precipitation conditions, as described
in Finding No. 11 above.
13. Surface drainage from tributary areas and internal site drainage from
surface of subsurface sources shall not contact or percolate through
wastes.
14. Annually, prior to the anticipated rainy season, any necessary erosion
control measures shall be implemented, and any necessary construction,
maintenance, or repairs of precipitation and drainage control
facilities shall be completed to prevent erosion or flooding of the
facility and to prevent surface drainage from contraction or
percolating through wastes.
LANDFILL SPECIFICATION
15.
