The site is located in San Joaquin County just outside of Stockton, California, at 1624 East Alpine Avenue Township 2N, Range 6E, in the northwest quadrant of the northeast quadrant of Section 35. The site comprises 12.6 acres of privately owned land located south of Alpine Avenue. The topography is flat, soil is stable, there are no animals, plants comprise weeds, brush and trees, and there are no cultural or historical aspects to the site.
