The land located on the north side of Alpine <br /> Avenue is zoned for residential . (Note: Refer to map attached. ) <br /> Pond 1 is located southeast of the galvanizing building, in the South <br /> central portion of the site, and received wastes from the galvanizing <br /> Process. Pond 2 is located in the area east of the galvanizing building <br /> in the central portion of the site and received wastes from the silver <br /> plating process. The former drummed waste storage area is located east <br /> of the galvanizing building in the Pond 2 area.
