If the <br /> Closure Plan approval is to be issued in September, certain <br /> milestones have to be met. Once the Closure Plan has been <br /> received and the agencies agree that it meets the basic <br /> regulatory requirements, the public has a 30 day period in <br /> which to comment on the Closure Plan. A Public Hearing is <br /> held at the end of that 30 day period.
