In <br /> reviewing the submitted data sheets, there is no explanation of the numerous <br /> values reported, such as expected level change, primary apparent leak rate, <br /> geometry band, averaged expected leve"i change, averaged stratified apparent leak <br /> rate, etc. , etc. There is also no description of the test procedure or method- <br /> ology.
