In <br /> reviewing the submitted data sheets, there is no explanation of the numerous <br /> values reported, such as expected level change, primary apparent leak rate, <br /> geometry band, averaged expected leve"i change, averaged stratified apparent leak <br /> rate, etc. , etc. There is also no description of the test procedure or method- <br /> ology. Please submit this information to our office. <br /> Although the test results are not a priority, since Kearney is proposing to treat <br /> and discharge the various waste streams and apparently discontinue using the <br /> tanks, our office is very interested in the testing procedures used for the <br /> integrity tests. <br /> If you have any questions, please call me at (916) 361-5742. <br /> GARY A.
