It appears the effluent from the wastewater treatment <br /> plant does not receive sufficient treatment to allow discharge to the river, i.e., the BODS exceeds <br /> the monthly average concentration. As long as the wastewater continues to go to land, the <br /> current BODS levels will not be a problem. <br /> INSPECTION SUMMARY: <br /> Maintenance of the wastewater treatment plant appears to be lacking.
