Under the direction of the San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Department, sampling will then be done to <br />provide confirmation of the clean up. <br />4.0 SOIL DISPOSAL/TREATMENT <br />The stockpiled soil will be sampled one for every fifty cubic <br />yards and analyzed. After the soil is analyzed Lambert Construction/ <br />Environmental will recommend to Libbey Owens Ford, the most cost <br />effective way and means of disposal of this contaminated soil. <br />5.0 HEALTH AND SAFETY <br />All personnel involved in this project are 40 Hour Safety <br />Trained. Please see attached Health and Safety Plan of Lambert <br />Construction/Environmental, Attachment #3. <br />• 6.0 ADDITIONAL WORK <br />Should the scope of work increase beyond what is now known, San <br />Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, as lead agency, will <br />be notified immediately. <br />7.0 LIMITATIONS <br />This plan is site specific to the emergency response of May 4th, <br />1992 at the Libbey Owens Ford property located at 500 E. Louise <br />Lathrop, CA and does not address any other contamination. This plan <br />has been prepared with data supplied by others and was used by <br />Lambert Construction/Environmental in the preparation of this <br />document.
