Within 30 days of <br />receipt of this letter, LOF shalLsubmit to EHD a signed <br />5 � <br />certificatin that all containers were and are accurately <br />and completely labeled. <br />PHS-EHD may schedule a reinspection of Libby -Owens Ford to verify <br />compliance.
