Louise Ave <br />Lathrop, CA. 95330 <br />RE: REPORT OF VIOLATION AND SCHEDULE OF CORRECTION: <br />On November 1, 1991, Public Health Services of San Joaquin County - <br />Environmental Health Division, conducted an inspection of Libby - <br />Owens Ford Plant #10, located at 500 East Louise Avenue in Lathrop. <br />As a result of that inspection, �{ violatio& of the hazardous waste <br />statute and/or regulations mass identified. The specific violation <br />and required corrective action is listed below. Failure to correct <br />the identified violatio�within the schedule provided will result in <br />Public Health Sevices-Environemntal Health Division (PHS-EHD) <br />citing you for continuing/additional violations. <br />I. REPORT OF VIOLATION: <br />1. Health and Safety Code, (HSC) Section 25123.3 (d),(4). <br />
