SAN JOAQUIN <br />CCU NTY <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Large Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br />Facility Name: <br />Facility Address: <br />Date: <br />PREMIER CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM OF <br />3460 NAGLEE RD, TRACY <br />JUly 26, 2018 <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />Item # <br />Remarks <br />605 <br />CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br />-Three black metal 55 gallon drums of oily solids were observed without accumulation start dates on their labels in <br />the drum storage area. <br />-One blue metal 55 gallon drum of oily solids was observed with an accumulation start date of September 7, 2017. <br />-One blue metal 55 gallon drum of mixed fuels was observed without an accumulation start date. <br />All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br />- the words "Hazardous Waste" <br />- name and address of generator <br />- hazardous properties <br />- physical state <br />- composition (contents) <br />- accumulation start date <br />Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required information. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br />608 <br />CCR 66266.130 Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel filters. <br />A black metal 55 gallon drum of used oil filters was observed in the drum storage area open and without an <br />accumulation start date. Used oil filters shall be drained of free-flowing oil, stored in a closed, rainproof container, <br />labeled as "drained used oil filters," and marked with an accumulation start date.
