REPRESENTATIVES PRESENT: <br />LIKA CORPORATION (LIKA): <br />James G. Neal, Waste Treatment Supervisor <br />PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES -ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DIVISION (PHS-EHD): <br />Eric Trevena, Senior Registered Environmental Health Specialist <br />Pam Violett, Senior Registered Environmental Health Specialist <br />III. OWNER/OPERATOR: <br />LIKA is owned by Tandy Corporation with headquarters at 1700 One Tandy <br />Center, Fort Worth, TX 76102. The General Manager of LIKA is Loren Pieper. <br />IV. BACKGROUND: <br />LIKA was originally located at 2041 Navy Dr., Stockton and was in business at <br />this location from 1970 until 1985. An inspection of the 2041 Navy Dr. facility <br />by the Department of Health Services in 1985 revealed the site to be <br />contaminated. In June of 1985, LIKA relocated their operation to a facility at <br />1443 Navy Dr. in Stockton. In 1987, the Department of Health Services placed. <br />the 2041 Navy Dr. site on the State Bond Expenditure Plan and issued a <br />"Remedial Action Order". <br />
