[66265.199(a) ] <br /> Is HW not placed in a non-decontaminated tank that <br /> held an incompatible waste or material unless <br /> 66265.17(b) is complied with? [66265.199(b) ] — <br /> Whenever a tank system is to be used to store a HW` <br /> which is substantially different from waste <br /> previously stored in that tank, did the generator: <br /> [66265.200-] <br /> (a) Conduct waste analysis and trial storage <br /> tests? or <br /> (b) Obtain written, documented information on <br /> similar waste under similar conditions to show <br /> that the proposed storage will meet the <br /> requirements of 66265.194(a) and (b)? — <br /> Construction, Containment and Assessment: <br /> Was the tank system or component used to store HW <br /> installed after 7/14/86? — <br /> If YES, refer to 66265.192, it is a new tank system. <br /> If No, skip questions on design and installation of new tank systems (from 66265.192) on <br /> pages 11 & 12. <br /> If an existing tank system without secondary <br /> containment meeting 66265.193, has the generator <br /> determined whether the tank system is either not <br /> leaking or unfit for use?
