Within 30 days, submit copies of hazardous waste training records for employees at this location. Include topics covered during this training. Immediately implement a training procedure for all employees who handle or respond to hazardous waste incidents and submit a copy of the procedure to this office.. 57. Failed to prepare manifests for transportation of hazardous waste 66262.20 CCR. At time of inspection several uniform hazardous waste manifests listed the inactive ID number as the generator number -00259621BSKS -002844291SKS -000404798WAS Item 15 on the Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest is a preprinted attestation that the shipment has been properly prepared and is in proper condition for transportation. The statement reads as follows: 'Gene rator's/Offeror's Certification: I hereby declare that the contents of this consignment are fully and accurately described above by the proper shipping name, and are classified, packaged, marked and labeled/placarded, and are in all respects in proper condition for transport according to applicable international and national governmental regulations. If export shipment and I am the primary Exporter, I certify that the contents of this consignment conform to the terms of the attached EPA Acknowledgement of Consent. I certify that the waste minimization statement identified in 40 CFR 262.27(a) (if I am a large quantity generator) or (b) (if I am a small iquantity generator) is true." Contents must be accurately described by the proper shipping name on the uniform hazardous waste manifest. Immediately, accurately prepare uniform hazardous waste manifests for all future transportation of hazardous waste.
