The facility was unable to demonstrate the amount of time the universal waste on site, including <br /> batteries, aerosol cans, fluorescent bulbs, and ewaste. A generator of universal waste shall accumulate <br /> universal waste for no longer than one year from the date the waste was generated. Immediately <br /> dispose of this waste as universal waste and submit a copy of the disposal record to the EHD by <br /> September 10, 2012. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification to the EHD by October 10, 2012 <br /> along with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each <br /> violation and any supporting paperwork. <br /> "Facility generated 10.9 tons of hazardous waste in 2011 and is being placed in a higher permit <br /> category (5-25 tons/year). This may result in increased permit fees. <br /> Note: (corrected on site) A 55 gallon blue steel drum of used oil filters was observed without a lid. Used <br /> oil filters must be stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as "drained used oil filters," and marked <br /> with an accumulation start date.
