Mr. Heerema pressed on the nozzle and a visible spray <br /> was observed. Hazardous wastes shall be disposed of only by transportation to a permitted hazardous waste <br /> treatment, storage, and disposal facility(TSDF). Immediately cease disposal of hazardous waste to the trash and <br /> ensure that all future waste is hauled by a licensed hazardous waste transporter to a permitted TSDF. <br /> This is a Class I violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by April 30, 2016. <br /> Note: According to Mr. Heerema, this facility has not hauled away any hazardous waste in the past three years. <br /> No disposal records were found on the DTSC hazardous waste tracking system. <br /> Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials information <br /> online to the California Environmental Reporting System(CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
