Monroe St., Stockton Program: HW <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Com <br /> 808. A waste computer tower was observed in the north shop without a label. A generator shall label or <br /> mark universal waste with the words 'Universal Waste' and the type of waste (batteries, mercury <br /> containing equipment, lamps/bulbs, electronic devices, CRTs, CRT glass, aerosol cans). Immediately <br /> label these wastes and ensure that all universal wastes are labeled with the required information. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification to the EHD by April 15, 2012 <br /> along with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each <br /> violation and any supporting paperwork. <br /> Note: The facility has a 275 gallon tote of unknown waste liquid on site. According to Mr. Markowitz, it <br /> was abandoned in his yard. The facility is arranging to have the tote disposed of by their waste hauler, <br /> Ramos Oil. <br /> Provided: <br /> - Modified Contingency Plan template <br /> - Schedule of FREE classes <br /> - Sample hazardous waste label <br /> - Hazardous waste labels <br /> - California Hazardous Material Spill/Release Notification Guidance <br /> - Return to Compliance Certification form <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> EHD Inspector..
