You indicated in your October 27, 1994 <br /> letter that your application for the UST Cleanup Fund was ready to mail but you were <br /> waiting for a signed copy of the financial agreement from the co-payee. The County notified <br /> you on August 22, 1994 that this application was to be submitted to the Cleanup Fund by <br /> September 2, 1994 to verify that good faith efforts have been made to obtain funds necessary <br /> to proceed with the additional investigation and remediation required at this site. According <br /> to the Cleanup Fund, you can submit the application now and forward the financial <br /> agreement when you receive it.
