The person who answered <br /> the telephone said there was no one there by that name. <br /> The only way bankruptcy proceedings can effect your debt for oversight costs is if the State <br /> Water Resources Control Board is listed on the schedule of creditors. If and when your <br /> application is accepted by the Cleanup Fund, oversight costs can be submitted on your claim <br /> for reimbursement.
