Inc. was removed at <br /> my request by the Corporation Commission approx 1980 . I was the <br /> sole owner . There was no change of ownership of the American St. <br /> Property. I 've been the sole owner of 820 S . American St . since <br /> approx. 1965 . <br /> Seibold Corporation was the Generator (OPERATOR) of the American <br /> Street Property for approx. seven years until April 1991 . <br /> The phone number you gave to me last week has a recording on it <br /> that says "THIS NUMBER HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED" with no referal <br /> number. I finally reached STATE WATER QUALITY CONTROL BOARD at <br /> ( 916 ) 255-3000 and after talking to a couple people there, they <br /> refered me to DEPT. OF TOXIC SUBSTANCES CONTROL. Dianne at that <br /> Dept. ( 916 ) 255-2116 ) gave me several names of Engineers in that <br /> Office to talk to about "SUPER FUND" application forms . Nobody <br /> was in and I await their return call . Each office that I talked <br /> seemed very vague about the Super Fund and the application forms. <br /> If you can come up with another phone number for SUPER FUND fpoms <br /> please let me know at 943-2033 .
