An electronic copy of the Cost <br /> Proposal is available by email attachment upon request. <br /> The Cost Proposal includes a file review, workplan for installation of three Site monitoring wells, <br /> and two soil vapor probes for a soil gas survey, a sensitive receptor survey, subsurface <br /> investigation report with recommendations, four quarters of routine quarterly groundwater <br /> monitoring beginning in 2011 upon completion of the Site wells installation, an evaluation for <br /> low risk closure after four quarters of groundwater monitoring, public notification for closure <br /> comments, Site monitoring wells destruction, and coordination (or disposal of) for samples and <br /> investigative derived soil and groundwater wastes. Due to Emergency, Abandoned, and <br /> Recalcitrant (EAR) Account budgetary constraints, work will start during the 2nd quarter of <br /> 2011, and continue through the 15r quarter of 2012. Total cost for the proposed work is <br /> estimated as $120,459.00. The funds available for FY2010/2011 are $75,000. <br /> Based on my review, I find the proposed costs reasonable and acceptable. Additional funding <br /> will be necessary to complete the project.
