GHD will prepare the necessary permits and will request the <br /> CVRWQCB to obtain the property owner signatures. Although we do not anticipate problems accessing the <br /> property, if any problems do arise during this scope of work, additional effort will be invoiced on a time-and- <br /> materials basis according to our contracted fee schedule. <br /> Estimated costs listed on the attached spreadsheet for the described scope of work conform to the approved <br /> State of California Cost Guidelines published by the State Water Resources Control Board's Underground <br /> Storage Tank Cleanup Fund (USTCF). This work will be performed on a time-and-materials basis, in <br /> accordance with the USTCF-approved labor billing rates at the time services are performed and conforming to <br /> the terms of the original contract for environmental services for this site. <br /> This scope and budget has been reviewed and approved by Mr. James Barton of the CVRWQCB. GHD has <br /> prepared this cost to closure that includes two alternative scopes of work(Alternative 1 —60-Day HVDPE Pilot <br /> Test and Reporting and Alternative 2—Quarterly Groundwater Monitoring, Sampling, and Reporting, 4 <br /> Quarters) if required to obtain case closure.
