UP26-01 • • <br /> Page 3 <br /> 20. The ownerldeveioper shall install a wastewater-monitoring manhole on the site for use by the City's <br /> inspectors. This shall be placed at a location that will allow 24-hour unrestricted safe access. This <br /> manhole will be on any sewer lines discharging from the site. <br /> 21. The owner/developer shall provide plans for the installation of a wastewater self-monitoring station <br /> on the site if the truck wash is to discharge to the sanitary sewer. This station shall include at a <br /> minimum: recording flowmeter, automatic wastewater sampler and recording PH meter. Other self- <br /> monitoring equipment may be required upon review of the Wastewater Discharge Permit application. <br /> All self-monitoring equipment shall be reviewed and accepted by the City of Stockton prior to <br /> installation. This monitoring station shall be secure and protected from the weather. City inspectors <br /> shall be allowed 24-hour access to confirm proper sampling techniques and wastewater monitoring <br /> results. <br /> 22. All eastbound truck traffic shall be restricted on Anderson Street (east of the project site). The <br /> driveway exit shall be posted "No truck traffic on Anderson Street east of 1-5" and all truck drivers <br /> shall be instructed to avoid this route. <br /> 23. Parking or idling of trucks or vehicles other than on the site shall be prohibited at all times. <br /> 24. No trailers shall be washed which contain any toxic materials. <br /> 25.
