Hazardous waste generators shall <br /> retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting <br /> procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for review. Immediately locate a copy of all <br /> manifests and receipts for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 201 HSC 25163(x) Transported or transferred hazardous waste to a transporter without valid registration. <br /> According to Mr. Ed Capehart, oily absorbent and used oil was transported off site for disposal at Associated Tractor <br /> in Stockton. Mr. Capehart stated that he works for both facilities and that he takes waste with him to the Associated <br /> Tractor yard for disposal in their hazardous waste bins. Mr. Capehart stated that he also sometimes places the used <br /> oil in the tank maintained by the Tower Park Marina. Transportation of hazardous waste shall be performed only a <br /> person that holds a valid registration issued by the department of Toxic Substances Control to transport hazardous <br /> waste. Immediately begin using a registered hazardous waste hauler to transport any generated hazardous wastes. <br /> This is a Class I violation. <br /> 203 HSC 25189.5(c) Transported or caused transportation of hazardous waste to an unauthorized point. <br /> According to Mr. Ed Capehart, oily absorbent and used oil was transported off site for disposal at Associated Tractor <br /> in Stockton. Mr. Capehart stated that he works for both facilities and that he takes waste with him to the Associated <br /> Tractor yard for disposal in their hazardous waste bins.
