Harding Way <br />Stockton, CA 95204 <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has completed the review of <br />the application for a permit to convert 89 -octane 10,000 -gallon UST and equipment on the <br />underground storage tank (UST) system to diesel grade at the above noted address. The <br />proposed work includes: <br />Transfer fuel from 89 -octane UST to 87 -octane UST <br />Cap off vapor, bucket in multi port sump <br />Cap off shear valves for 89 product at Dispensers #1/2, #3/4, and #5/6 <br />Replace dispensers with new Encore 500 S series (N1 and NN1) <br />Install Bravo conversion frames on UDC sumps. <br />Reprogramming the TLS monitoring system for diesel, ISD, & possible Cold Start <br />Installation of Veeder Root float parts 846400-001 (part of Mag Plus Float Kit) for diesel <br />Requestor states no concrete will be broken. Dispensers #7/8 and #9/10 will have diesel <br />products. The permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br />Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br />District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br />prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Contact Jeffrey Wong at (209) 468-0335 to arrange the following inspection <br />appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be <br />aware that inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit <br />approval. <br />a. Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system must be verified to <br />ensure that monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of Title 23 <br />California Code of Regulations and the Health & Safety Code. <br />b. Leak detector test: Leak detector must be tested to confirm that the device can <br />detect a leak of 3 gallons per hour at 10 psi.
