Maintenance and monitoring records for the last three years were not found on site. No records were available for the alarms on 1/8/18 (1-8 87 STP sump)and 11/16/17 (1-5 UDC 9/10 and 1-8). The designated operator reports stated these alarms were addressed by the site owner or site manager removing rain water. According to Mohammad Hussaini, the site manager,the site does not open the sumps for any reason and has never removed liquid. These records shall be maintained on site for at least three years. Monitoring records include: (1)date and time of all monitoring or sampling; (2) monitoring equipment calibration and maintenance records; (3)results of any visual observations; (4) results of sample analysis performed a lab or in the field; (5)logs of all readings of gauges or other monitoring equipment, ground water elevations, or other test results; (6) results of inventory readings and reconciliations.
