Any employee receiving such a threatening call should try to obtain as much <br />information as possible. <br />2. The caller should be kept on the line as long as possible to facilitate the tracing <br />action and to aid in later identification of voice characteristics. <br />3. Once a threat is received and as soon as it is possible, the employee receiving the <br />threat should contact their supervisor and Loss Prevention to begin Threat <br />Procedures. <br />Life Threatening Crisis Procedures <br />Any employee seeing a stranger that does not belong, is to notify Loss Prevention. If <br />anyone is seen carrying or simulating weapons, dial 911 IMMEDIATELY. <br />Move to a safe area closing and locking all doors. <br />Evacuate when you are sure of a clear escape route, or if police or security personnel <br />notify you. <br />01-14-13 12 <br />
