Any employee receiving such a threatening call should try to obtain as much <br /> information as possible. <br /> 2. The caller should be kept on the line as long as possible to facilitate the tracing <br /> action and to aid in later identification of voice characteristics. <br /> 3, Once a threat is received and as soon as it is possible, the employee receiving the <br /> threat should contact their supervisor and Loss Prevention to begin Threat <br /> Procedures. <br /> Life Threatening Crisis Procedures <br /> Any employee seeing a stranger that does not belong, is to notify Loss Prevention.
