Unified <br /> Emergency Evacuation Pian <br /> OVERVIEW <br /> Emergency Notification for Spills and Releases <br /> In the event of a release or threatened release of hazardous materials various environmental <br /> agencies must be notified. This document will assist you in determining which agencies to notify <br /> based upon the scenario. <br /> Reportable Quantities ("RQ") are defined as a quantity of listed hazardous materials or waste <br /> that when spill or released requires notification.
