Choi <br />Cc: Ross Dew <br />Subject: RE: Waste Determination. <br />HI Robin, <br />Documentation was not provided at the time of inspection to demonstrate that Unified Grocers had complied with all of <br />the requirements outlined in 25143.2(e)(7)(A) to exclude used oil from hazardous waste regulations. <br />Used oil was counted when determining the generator status for this facility, and as of May 19, 2014 it was determined <br />Unified Grocers was a large quantity generator. <br />
