Looking at the reference we do meet all the conditions to <br />have our used oil exempted from regulation. <br />In your original letter you site CCR 66265.192 for the HW tank assessments. <br />Could you point us to the code reference that would require us to subject our used oil to regulation by the department? <br />Thank you, <br />Robin A.
