Jack indicated that the previous two analysis <br />were from: <br />1. The above ground wastewater tank at the maintenance area. <br />2. The clarifier at the large truck/equipment wash on the other side of the facility. <br />Item 108 <br />Metal Grinding Fines — EH&S has requested that Stockton Maintenance (Jack Duke) have an analysis <br />performed on the steel fines from the grinding area, this information will determine what if any hazardous <br />components are present, request made 08-05-14. <br />SDS attached for the requested products: <br />• Eye Wash Solution <br />• Simple Green <br />• Glade Carpet Fresh <br />Fork shop floor & Battery Charging Stations — Pictured floor areas from the inspection have been cleaned <br />per Glenn Curry. (Stockton Warehouse Director) <br />Glade Carpet Cleaner — Using SDS, EPA & DTSC websites EH&S has determined this product not to be a <br />hazardous waste. Area was cleaned immediately after inspection, Final disposition of the leaking containers is <br />under investigation by EH&S/Warehouse. <br />Fuel Joint Supplements - This item was removed for disposition of possible re -sale by purchasing. Still on <br />site. <br />Item 115 & 116 <br />Training - Warehouse Janitors and Salvage associates. These associates were not previously trained in <br />hazardous waste management, starting August 11th 12th and 13th 2014 all warehouse janitor, salvage <br />associates and their supervisors will receive training in the following: <br />• Site Specific Hazardous Waste Management (Annual) <br />• Hazard Communications <br />
