Warehouse Hazardous Materials Management <br />Small Spill Response - Cleanup and PPE <br />Emergency Evacuation Plan & Contacts <br />Item 117 <br />Training Records - All training documentation will be kept onsite, (Stockton). All previous available records <br />have been transferred to the Stockton site. <br />Job descriptions and listings of hazwaste employees will be kept on file for the following <br />areas: <br />• Building maintenance <br />• Fleet maintenance <br />• Warehouse <br />• New hires or transfers into these positions will receive the above training (115 & 116) upon hire <br />or transfer. <br />Item 122-123 & 124 <br />Wastewater manifests — Kim Powers (maintenance) informed EH&S that all wastewater <br />documentation for pump out is from the maintenance area wastewater AST. <br />Parts Washer Service documentation - Service waste manifest for the parts cleaner is attached. <br />Item 133 <br />AST Assessment - Unified Grocers, Inc. Stockton is registered as a small quantity generator, the requirement <br />for an onsite tank assessment is not required for an SQG. <br />Item 201-203-206 <br />Waste Transportation - Onsite visual inspection by Unified Grocers, Inc. EH&S Dept.' of the warehouse <br />salvage area showed no evidence of leaking and/or unusable damaged containers being loaded onto trucks for <br />transport to Returns, Inc. Glenn Curry (Stockton Warehouse Director) indicated that such items are removed <br />prior to loading and not transported to Returns, Inc. <br />Clorox Stain remover - Using SDS, EPA & DTSC websites EH&S has determined this product not to be a <br />hazardous waste. Area was cleaned immediately after inspection, Final disposition of the leaking containers is <br />under investigation by EH&S/Warehouse. <br />Aerosols Cans — Damaged or unusable aerosol cans from the warehouse are managed through the existing <br />Waste Aerosols hazardous waste stream. <br />Snuggle Laundry Detergent — Item was determined to be Snuggle Liquid Fabric Softener, Using SDS, EPA & <br />DTSC information EH&S has determined this product not to be a hazardous waste. Area was cleaned <br />immediately after inspection, Final disposition of the leaking container is under investigation by <br />EH&S/Warehouse. <br />Item 301. <br />Minimize the release of Hazardous Waste — Using SDS, EPA & DTSC information EH&S has determined <br />that none of the products that could be identified from images or the written report are hazardous wastes. <br />These areas were cleaned immediately after the inspection. Final disposition of the leaking containers is under <br />investigation by EH&S/Warehouse. <br />Item 305. <br />Jack Duke (Stockton maintenance) has indicated to EH&S that the eye wash stations have checked and re- <br />stocked, also regular recorded inspections will be performed. The eye wash unit area in the fork shop has been <br />cleaned. <br />402-404-605 <br />
