Argonaut St.
Hi Lori,
Thanks for the reply. We have decided to move the offsite well onto the JTF property to avoid obstructing a
driveway during drilling. So just to confirm, if all borings are on the JTF site, and they are still the appropriate
billing party, we do not need to submit a $345 fee, is that right?
Many thanks,
Lisa
From: Lori Duncan [EH] [mailto:lduncan@sjcehd.com]
Sent: Thursday, July 15, 2010 8:13 AM
To: Lisa Kullen
Subject: RE: County's Well Permit Application - 1819 S. Argonaut St.
Lisa,
As long as JTF is still the appropriate billing party a new MFR is not required. For offsite borings/wells you do need to
submit access agreements (or encroachment permits if you are on city/county property) with the permits. A drilling permit
and $89.00 fee is required per parcel of land on which you will be working; if the work is all being done on city/county
property you can submit one permit.
Please call me if you have any further questions. I have fieldwork today and tomorrow but will be in and out of the office to
check messages.
Just a note- our permit fees will be changing on August 1, 2010, so if you can get the permits in to me by July 29th the
$89.00 fee will still apply and I will have time to get them processed before the changes.
Thank you,
Lori Duncan, Senior REHS
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
Iduncan@sjcehd.com
(209) 468-0337 phone
(209) 468-3433 fax
From: LKullen@Geosyntec.com [mailto:LKullen@Geosyntec.com]
Sent: Monday, July 12, 2010 11:35 AM
To: Lori Duncan [EH]
Cc: MAsher@Geosyntec.com
Subject: County's Well Permit Application - 1819 S.
