Our company is planning the installation of 4 new monitoring wells on and adjacent to the John Taylor Fertilizer property at 1819 S. Argonaut St. We are currently preparing our well permit applications. To confirm Mike's information: 1.) 1 understand we currently have an MFR on file with you, billing to the property owner (JTF) at the property address. Since this is on file and in good standing, I understand you will not require an additional MFR with our well permit applications. 2.) Mike says we have already paid the Site Mitigation Fee of $345, and therefore do not need to resubmit this fee with the current applications. If either of these is incorrect, please let me know. You can anticipate our submittal of these applications in the coming days, pending receipt of our encroachment permit from the city.
