Our company is planning the installation <br />of 4 new monitoring wells on and adjacent to the John Taylor Fertilizer property at 1819 S. Argonaut St. <br />We are currently preparing our well permit applications. <br />To confirm Mike's information: <br />1.) 1 understand we currently have an MFR on file with you, billing to the property owner (JTF) at the <br />property address. Since this is on file and in good standing, I understand you will not require an <br />additional MFR with our well permit applications. <br />2.) Mike says we have already paid the Site Mitigation Fee of $345, and therefore do not need to <br />resubmit this fee with the current applications. <br />If either of these is incorrect, please let me know.
