Unable to determine the length of storage of the HW containers listed in Item #20 above, and the <br /> used oil stored in the two approximately 150-gallon tanks inside the tire storage trailer. <br /> HW must be managed within 180 days of storage on site. <br /> Immediately dispose the above HW in accordance to Title 22 of the CCR, and continue to manage <br /> all future HW within 180 days of storage on site. <br /> 52. No emergency coordinator information and modified contingency plan posted. <br /> Emergency coordinator information and modified contingency plan must be posted on site. <br /> Immediately post emergency coordinator information and modified contingency plan by a <br /> telephone. A blank emergency coordinator/ modified contingency plan has been supplied to you. <br /> 60,63. Disposal receipts of HW were not available for inspection. <br /> Generator shall retain a copy of the disposal receipt of the HW for a minimum of 3 years on site <br /> available for inspection. <br /> Submit a copy of last 3 years of HW disposal receipts to this office by June 22, 2010. Begin <br /> retaining at the facility a copy of each HW disposal receipt for minimum of 3 years. <br /> 64. Disposal receipts of spent lead acid batteries were not available for inspection. Observed 42 <br /> spent lead acid batteries inside a storage trailer, and 3 spent lead acid batteries under a storage shelf. <br /> Unable to determine the length of storage. <br /> Generator may store more than one ton of spent lead acid batteries at one location on site no <br /> longer than 180 days (or 1 year if it's one ton or less). Generator who ships more than 10 spent lead <br /> acid batteries per year is required to retain a copy of each HW manifest or bill of lading for all shipped <br /> spent lead acid batteries for a minimum of three year on site available for inspection. <br /> Immediately dispose the above batteries in accordance to Title 22. Submit a copy of the disposal <br /> receipts, and the disposal receipts of shipped spent lead acid batteries the last 3 years to this office by <br /> June 22, 2010. Begin retaining a copy of all future disposal receipts on site at least 3 years. <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTE SWILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE($115). <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECT!
