Observed 55-gallon drum of anti-freeze not closed. All HW containers must be closed except when <br /> adding or removing. Corrected on site. <br /> Observed three 55-gallon drums of folded and stacked absorbent pads, most appeared to be have been <br /> used. Generator stated that the pads are still being used. Please be aware once you have determined <br /> the absorbent pads to be a HW, they must be stored in a closed HW container(s) that is properly closed, <br /> and managed within 180 days of initial accumulations. <br /> Submit to this office the following by June 22, 2010: <br /> - A copy of the completed and signed "Return to Compliance" certification <br /> - A separate written statement how each violation was corrected. <br /> - Evidence of correction (i.e. copy of disposal receipts, photos, other documents) <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOT DATES L BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE($115). <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTI AT 114Y TIME A EHD'S CURRENT HO LY RATE. <br /> EHD M.pec Mh"N N R.i BY: Title: <br />
