Observed a bucket of unknown liquid next to the parts washer, and one 55-gallon drum of oily solid waste including absorbent pads behind the shop at the north end of the property. Any person who generates a waste shall determine if t waste is a hazardous waste. Immediately make a hazardous waste determination for the above waste, and manage it according to the Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement and supporting documentation including disposal records explaining how th)waste was maoaaed. This is a minor violation. 103 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) No modified contingency plan. There must be at least one emergency coordinator on site or on call to coordinate emergency response measures, and the following information must be postec by a phone: the name and phone number of the emergency coordinator; location of fire extinguishers, spill control equipment, and if present, fire alarm; and the phone number of the fire department, unless the facility has a direct alarm.
