There must be at least one emergency coordinator on site or on call to coordinate <br /> emergency response measures, and the following information must be posted by a phone: the name and phone number <br /> the emergency coordinator; location of fire extinguishers, spill control equipment, and if present, fire alarm; and the phon <br /> number of the fire department, unless the facility has a direct alarm. Immediately appoint an emergency coordinator and <br /> post the required information by a phone. A form is provided that can be used for this purpose. This is a minor violation. <br /> 109 CCR 66262.40(a) Failed to keep signed copy of manifests from the designated facility for three years. <br /> Copies of records of disposal of hazardous waste for the last 3 years were not found on site. Hazardous waste <br /> generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts used in a consolidated <br /> manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for review. Immediately locate a copy of a <br /> manifests and receipts for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD. <br /> 112 HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> The consolidated manifest receipt for the last 3 years were not available for inspection. Consolidated manifests must b( <br /> maintained on site for minimum of 3 years. Submit a copy of consolidated manifests the last 3 years to EHD and begin <br /> retaining them on site. This is a minor violation. <br /> 117 HSC 25404(e)(4) Failed to report program data electronically. <br /> Information submitted to the California Electronic Reporting System (CERS) for the hazardous waste program is not <br /> current. Beginning January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all new (or any changes to existing) hazardou <br /> waste information online to the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov. Be sure to include your hazardous waste activity in <br /> the Businesses Activities section in CERS in addition to any other relevant activities and required fields. This is a minor <br /> violation. <br /> 403 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or removing hazardous was <br /> The 55-gallon drum of absorbent waste behind the shop was not closed. All hazardous waste containers shall be close( <br /> at all times except when adding or removing waste. Immediately close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste <br /> containers are closed when not adding or removing waste. <br /> 406 CCR 66261.7(f)Contaminated container not marked with date emptied or managed within one year of being emptied. <br /> Observed one empty 55-gallon drum behind the shop with no date when it first became empty. Containers larger than fi <br /> gallons that previously held a hazardous material shall be marked with the date they were emptied.and managed within <br /> one year of being emptied. Immediately mark and manage all empty containers per this section.
