r-1 a ECS REFINING 4 OG13 3.2 The General Safety Topics and required Uniform Fire Code topics are recorded in the Training Matrix as "Initial Employee Safety Training" when given initially and as "Annual Employee Safety Training" when given as an annual refresher. The topics of universal and hazardous waste training are given as a unit and recorded as "Universal Waste Training". 4.0 TRAINER 4.1 All training provided to employees will be given by qualified personnel who are trained in hazardous waste management and employee health and safety issues.
