The topics of <br />universal and hazardous waste training are given as a unit and recorded as "Universal <br />Waste Training". <br />4.0 TRAINER <br />4.1 All training provided to employees will be given by qualified personnel who <br />are trained in hazardous waste management and employee health and safety <br />issues. Training is typically conducted by the EH&S Engineer. <br />5.0 JOB DESCRIPTIONS <br />5.1 Each employee handling hazardous or universal waste is covered by a written job <br />description that describes the position's hazardous waste management tasks and <br />general tasks. <br />5.2 For purposes of the training plan and requirements, employees are assigned general <br />job descriptions based upon the Department in which they work. For example, there <br />are the following job titles: <br />• Production Worker (ECS Refining or Regenesys Glass Processing; each receives the same <br />safety training) <br />• Shipping and Receiving <br />• Maintenance <br />5.3 The job descriptions include the training requirements for each job position. <br />
