Prior <br />supervisory experience is desirable. Must be able to speak and read English, have good <br />organizational abilities, be able to delegate assignments, be able to effectively supervise personnel. <br />Duties Assigned: <br />1. General (95% of time): <br />a. Supervises all warehouse employees involved in universal waste recycling activities. <br />b. Responsible for on the job training of new or transferred employees and conducting on- <br />going training for others. <br />c. Familiar with facility emergency procedures. <br />2. Universal and hazardous waste operations (5% of time): <br />a. Ensures universal and hazardous waste generated in their area is properly labeled. <br />Training Requirements: The Production Manager or Production Supervisor will receive <br />training in all sections of the training program. <br />
