Report completed on October 18, 2012. Checklist left on <br /> site at time of inspection. <br /> Notice to Comply - Minor violation: (108, 117, 122, 123, 124, 812, 910, 912) <br /> 108. Metal fines generated from metal grinding and cuttin are being recycled as scrap metal without first <br /> determining particle size or hazardous properties. Any person who generates a waste shall determine if <br /> the waste is a hazardous waste. Immediately stop recycling metal fines, make a hazardous waste <br /> determination for the metal waste, and manage it according the Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. <br /> Particles 100 microns or smaller must be handled as hazardous waste if the metal is determined to be a <br /> hazardous waste. Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how this waste was <br /> managed by November 18, 2012. <br /> 117. The training records did not include the training required to be completed by each employee. <br /> Facility personnel shall complete a training program that teaches them to perform their duties in a way <br /> that ensures the facility's compliance with Title 22 regulations.
