Immediately cease the puncture of universal waste aerosol cans, or submit a complete <br /> notification to the EHD by November 18, 2012. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification to the EHD by November 18, <br /> 2012 along with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each <br /> violation and any supporting paperwork. <br /> Note: Facility accepts unprocessed appliances. Freon Free, another certified appliance recycler (CAR), <br /> is contracted to remove and dispose of all materials that require special handling (MRSHs). The facility <br /> then shreds the metals from the appliances. <br /> Note: (corrected on site) <br /> Four 55 gallon black steel drums of used oil were observed without a hazardous property or physical <br /> state. A 55 gallon black steel drum of hazardous waste metals was observed without a label.
