Report completed on January 17, 2014. Checklist left on <br /> site at time of inspection. <br /> Class 11 violations: (404, 407, 605, 701) <br /> 404. A blue plastic bucket of oily liquid was observed in the hazardous waste storage area without a lid. <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be closed at all times except when adding or removing waste. <br /> Immediately close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed when not <br /> adding or removing waste. <br /> 407. A 55 gallon blue plastic drum and a 55 gallon white plastic drum which previously held hazardous <br /> waste liquids were observed unlabeled in the hazardous waste storage area. Containers larger than five <br /> gallons that previously held a hazardous material shall be marked as empty with the date they were <br /> emptied and managed within one year of being emptied. Immediately mark and manage all empty <br /> containers per this section. <br /> 605. Two 55 gallon black steel drums containing an unknown black sludge and three 5 gallon blue plastic <br /> buckets of oily liquid were observed in the hazardous waste storage area with no labels. A 30 gallon <br /> white plastic drum labeled only "transfer fuel container BAD" was observed in the Blackmun-only shop <br /> room. All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> ALL EHO STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE <br /> Inspector.
