0 0 <br />EVACUATION PROCEDURES <br />1. Should an evacuation be required, the order to evacuate will be given by one of <br />the emergency coordinators. <br />For a list of emergency coordinators, please see the "KEY PERSONNEL" page <br />in the Appendix. <br />2. Employees will immediately cease operations and proceed to the nearest exit. <br />3. All employees will meet at the Evacuation Meeting Point and report to the <br />supervisor. The emergency coordinators will take an employee count using the <br />management chain. All employees unaccounted for should be found by the fire <br />department - DO NOT ENTER THE BUILDING. The evacuation meeting point is <br />listed in the Appendix. <br />4. If at any time employees are injured by a spill or a fire, report it to one of the <br />emergency coordinators. The emergency coordinator (or an ambulance) will <br />transport those employees to the closest medical facility listed in the Appendix. <br />If the injury is chemically related, a copy of the appropriate Material Safety Data <br />Sheet should accompany the injured person to the hospital. <br />5. Do not re-enter until it has been determined that it is safe to do so by one of the <br />Emergency Coordinators.
